“Great and exciting experience to the Nala Falls. Lucky to have a professional, caring guide who can speak English, as our Japanese is very limited. The hotel offers lots of activities to enjoy the nature and learn about wild lives. The room is clean and spacious. Meals are delicious with a variety of choices. Staff and guides are polite, helpful and friendly.”
