Seifuku Shuzo is an awamori (Okinawan spirit) distillery in Miyara, Ishigaki. Ishigaki has six distilleries, and all awamori is made with 100% rice koji (zen-koji method) as a pot-distilled shochu. Tours are free, and so is parking.
